Sandbach is a ten-minute drive from us and somewhere we work regularly, including shop front work in the town centre as well as houses around Elworth, Wheelock and Ettiley Heath.
The older commercial frontages around the cobbles and the market area need exterior paintwork that copes with weather and looks smart from across the street. That means burning off or sanding back failed coatings, treating any timber rot, priming properly and using exterior systems that won't be flaking again in eighteen months.
Domestically it's a lot of period cottages and larger detached houses, alongside newer estate housing towards the M6 side of town.
